Caitlin is an Associate Professor and Director of the School Library Endorsement Program at Southern Utah University, which prepares teacher librarians for the State of Utah and beyond. Caitlin was a K-12 teacher librarian before transitioning to higher education. She was named the 2019 Librarian of the Year by the Utah Library Association.
